Please use the form below to request a EFNARC Handheld Shotcrete certificate. Please check before that all Modules (1-5) really have been completed to avoid the request being denied, which causes extra work for all involved.

After confirmation from EFNARC, you'll pay the certificates on the Payment page. EFNARC will send the certificate to you as Examiner, for you to distribute to the individuals.
