ASSESSMENT VIDEO

Please upload a short video clip of the assessment.

• At the start of the video clip, please show a white paper in front of the camera with the date of the assessment written on it.

• Film the Nozzleman doing proper spraying.

• The film shall be minimum 1 minute.

• Use the name of the Nozzleman, and name the file Video_First nameLast name_DDMMYYYY.
  E.g. Video_EricAndersson_01012020.pdf.

• Max file size is 100 mb and the accepted files formats are .mp4, .3gp, .mkv, .mov and .m4v.
